Williamson

Opened as a cycle retail shop in 1926 by the Williamson brothers in Holloway Road London. By the mid 1930s the shop was making their own branded lightweight frames but by 1938 the business had been sold sold to C.L. Bowles. In 1955 the business was taken over by employee Wilf Allum who built some frames but most frame building was farmed out to local builders.

By 1963 Allum had closed the Williamson shop and set up a shop under his own name in Shoreditch London
