Ken Ryall
Ken Ryall was a successful amateur racer in the 1930s and 40s. In the 1950s he opened his shop in Hounslow just to the west of London.
He built his own frames originally but due to his many other commitments outsourced frame building to a number of sources – Wally Green, Holdsworth, Ron Cooper, Witcombs and Stan Pike
He was England team manager in 1959 and a mechanic along with Harry Hall for the ill-fated 1967 Peugeot team of Tom Simpson. For many years he was president of Twickenham CC.
Ken closed his shop and retired in the 1990s and died in 2008 at the age of 93
