USA bike distributed by Torelli Bicycle Company, California, the build was subcontracted to Bilatto in Italy.  Imported as bare frames where they were decaled and painted by Masi USA painter Jim Allen. The decals were the logos of companies who bought adspace on the actual frames so Torelli could lower the selling price of the frame by $50-$100. It worked, but then the frames started selling well enough that they were able to ditch the decals after two years!
