1966
The 56cm frame is made of Falck tubing. The wheels feature Fiamme Red Label tubular rims on Legnano imprint Campagnolo high flange hubs. The 3ttt stem is also stamped Legnano, as are the crank arms. It has a Magistroni 48/50t racing chainset, driving a 13-28 5 speed Regina freewheel. The gear set is Campagnolo Valentino Super, the seat post Campagnolo Record and the leather saddle is an Italia Regis. The side pull brakes are Universal Extra and the headset and pedals are by Way Assauto.
The Gran Premio was the next to ultimate bike in Legnano's range, behind their flagship racing machine the Roma.
